Registration for the Short Course Season begins during the last two weeks of August. A
swimmer may join the team at any time during the first three months of the season by
paying the registration fee and the current month's dues. See the fees and dues page for

Short Course Season Registration Forms
If you have a swimmer who needs to fill out a USA Swimmer Registration Form, a copy of
their birth certificate will also be required. On this form, do not pay any attention to the fee,
this is included in your registration payment.
You can bring the completed forms along with the registration check to either registration,
or the pool the first week that they swim (if you missed registration in August or they are
starting during the middle of the season).

Meet Entry Form
The Completed Meet Entry form should be placed in the Meet Entry folder in the front of
the Parent's Mailbox. Checks should be made out to Euclid Marlins.
