Summer Swimming >
Summer swimming is offered for those swimmers who would like to swim year round in
preparation for the High School or College Swimming.  

It is also available for the older swimmers in the summer recreation leagues who would
like an extra work out during the week.

Information for the summer of 201
1 will be posted in the spring of 2011, but will be
similar in format to the summer of 20
10.
Summer Swimming Details
Summer  Swimming.
  • For 2010, Summer Swimming will start Tuesday, June 1, and end Thursday, Aug
    5.
  • Starting Monday June 14, practice will switch to the Willoughby Municipal Pool
    (36900 Euclid Ave.  Between the Police Station and the Fire House in
    Willoughby).  Practice times at the Willoughby Pool will be from 6:30 am to 8:00
    am in the morning before the Willoughby Stinger's practice.
  • John is planning on going to several long course meets during the summer.  
    More information on those will be provided as it becomes available.
  • John Elliott, head coach for Euclid High School, the Euclid Marlins USA Swim
    Team, and the Euclid Suburban Recreation team will be leading the Summer
    Swim.
  • The fee for all swimmers for the summer session will be $125.00, payable to the
    Euclid Marlins.
  • If a swimmer is not already a member of USA Swimming, then an additional
    $30.00 per swimmer will be charged to cover the cost of insurance for the
    swimmer while they are swimming at the pool.  If the swimmer swam with us
    during the Winter or Spring Sessions, then they are already registered.
  • To register, speak with John Elliott when you come to practice and provide him
    with the check.
